HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY
WE MUST FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING  RULES:-
1.     Take a time out.
2.     Eat well–balanced meals.
3.     Get enough sleep.
4.     Exercise daily.
5.     Take deep breaths.
6.     Slowly count to 10
7.     Do your best.
8.     Maintain a positive attitude always.
9.     Accept that you can not control everything.
10.                         Give  back to  your community.
11.                         Learn what triggers your anxiety always.
12.                        Talk to someone.
13.                         Get help online.
14.                        Limit  Alcohol & Caffeine.
